Delete Your NatChatt Account

In-App Deletion & Email Fallback

1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within NatChatt itself:

  • Open NatChatt and sign in with your phone number.
  • Go to the Settings tab (bottom-right of the screen).
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm twice to complete the deletion.
Your account, profile, contacts cache, message history and call history are removed from our servers immediately, and the local copy on your device is wiped on next launch.

2. Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in (lost phone number, uninstalled app, etc.), email info@natchatt.com from the address linked to your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion manually within 7 business days.

3. What gets deleted
  • Profile information (name, avatar, language preference, phone number)
  • Chat threads and message bodies you authored
  • Voice and video call history
  • Cached contacts and signed media URLs
  • Push notification tokens (FCM and APNs)
4. What is retained

Aggregated, anonymised analytics (none collected at present) and any records we are legally required to retain (for example, abuse reports related to the account, kept for the period required by applicable law).

Other participants' copies of messages they received from you remain on their own devices and are outside of our control.
