5. Repeat Infringers

NatChatt may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notification with NatChatt by providing the following information:
  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

7. Modifications

NatChatt reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
